Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Proven ability to design and deploy LLM applications and RAG platforms.
• Experience with cloud AI stacks and modern ML tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for AI initiatives and best practices.
• Design and deliver production-ready AI solutions, including ML systems and agents.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Advise clients on AI roadmaps, solution design, and delivery strategies.
• Establish standards for AI-first software development, cloud deployment, and security.
• Oversee multiple AI projects to ensure quality and business alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and optimization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance products and engineering practices.
