LovelyStay is looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to join the Revenue Management team supporting both Ando Living and LovelyStay.

In this role, you'll drive the revenue performance of our hospitality and short-term rental portfolio playing a key role in maximizing profitability while identifying new opportunities to optimize portfolio performance.

What you will do:

• Revenue optimization and pricing strategy.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Market and competitor benchmarking.
• Distribution and channel management.
• Portfolio performance reviews and commercial recommendations.
• Supporting owner discussions and strategic asset performance initiatives.
• Continuous improvement of reporting and revenue management processes.

What you should bring:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue Management within hospitality. Experience within serviced apartments, or short-term rentals is highly valuable.
• Strong expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Experience managing multi-property portfolios and driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with PriceLabs and other hospitality revenue management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diferent teams.
• Fluency in English.
