Advanced Pain Care, Inc. is seeking an operations leader to manage Appeals, Payment Posting, Collections, and Financial Counseling teams. You will ensure SOPs are followed, KPIs met, and revenue cycle targets are achieved across all payers.

In this role you will supervise staff, monitor performance, stay current with payer regulations and coding updates, and provide monthly KPI dashboards to leadership while driving continuous improvement in the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle management (RCM) and 3 years in leadership or management.
• CPC certification or 3 years of coding experience.
• Experience with Athena EMR and in pain management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-9 & 10 coding and billing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Appeals, Payment Posting, Collections, and Financial Counseling teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as Days in A/R, Clean Claim Rate, and Denial Rate.
• Lead staff hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and payer regulations; produce monthly KPI dashboards.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Formation

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
