Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with accounts over the phone or in person.
• Files and audits insurance claims.
• Responds to correspondence regarding patient accounts.
• Audits and reconciles patient accounts.
• Maintains weekly and monthly production reports for administration.
• Communicates effectively with team and management.
• Adheres to APC policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
