Aubay Portugal invites a Senior Requirements Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of requirements within engineering projects, ensuring end-to-end traceability and baseline management. You will develop and maintain Requirements Management Plans (RMPs) and coordinate the overall requirements process, including change management, verification, and validation activities.

Qualificações

• University degree and 4+ years in Requirements Management within engineering or project environments.
• Proven background in Systems Engineering or Requirements Engineering with audits and compliance.
• Strong experience in Quality Management processes with good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of MS Office; experience in Configuration Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of requirements within engineering projects, ensuring end-to-end traceability and baseline management.
• Develop and maintain Requirements Management Plans (RMPs), coordinating and monitoring the overall requirements process.
• Execute change management for requirements, including impact analysis, and support verification and validation activities.
• Conduct quality reviews of requirements, perform audits, and ensure compliance with Quality Management processes.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing support to engineering teams.
