ALTEN Portugal, a leading reference in the Engineering and Technology sectors, is seeking a rigorous, detail‑oriented professional to join our Engineering division and support high‑impact projects in Requirements Management. You will define and maintain the requirements management plan, ensure all customer requirements are recorded, and guarantee traceability from definition to validation.

Qualificações

• Experience in Requirements Management.
• Knowledge of Quality Management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective communication with multiple technical teams.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the requirements management plan.
• Ensure all customer requirements are properly recorded and controlled.
• Guarantee full traceability of requirements from definition to final validation.
• Manage requirement changes and assess associated technical impacts.
• Perform quality reviews of requirements.
• Monitor validation and verification (V&V) activities.
• Prepare metrics, audits, and progress reports.
• Work closely with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment.
