CAPGEMINI ENGINEERING in Portugal is seeking a qualified professional to lead Requirements Management activities across complex projects. You will develop and maintain RM plans, support definition and verification of requirements, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, technical background in Electrical/Systems Engineering, and experience with RM processes. Hybrid work and international project exposure are available.

Qualificações

• University degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience in Requirements Management in engineering projects.
• Experience in Quality Management and traceability.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Project Requirements Management Plan.
• Coordinate the Requirements Management process across the lifecycle.
• Support definition, allocation, verification, and validation of requirements.
• Perform requirements quality reviews for clarity and testability.
• Manage changes and assess impacts with Configuration Management.
• Monitor compliance and KPI reporting on Requirements Mgmt.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain RM tools and repositories.
• Identify risks and opportunities and support mitigation.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the implementation of the Project Requirements Management Plan (RMP).
• Establish, coordinate, and monitor the Requirements Management process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Engineering Teams in requirements definition, allocation, traceability, baselining, verification, and validation.
• Perform requirements quality reviews to ensure completeness, consistency, clarity, and testability.
• Manage requirements changes and support impact assessments in coordination with Configuration Management.
• Monitor requirements compliance and verification evidence, perform audits, and report Requirements Management KPIs.
• Coordinate requirements-related activities with customers, suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and other project stakeholders.
• Support the administration and maintenance of Requirements Management tools and repositories.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities, support mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with applicable project and quality processes.
• Capture and capitalize on Lessons Learned to promote continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in Requirements Management and its application within engineering or complex project environments.
• Experience in Quality Management processes, compliance activities, requirements traceability, and verification and validation.
• Experience in Configuration Management and change control processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
