Aubay Portugal invites a Senior Requirements Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of requirements within engineering projects, ensuring end-to-end traceability and baseline management. You will develop and maintain Requirements Management Plans (RMPs) and coordinate the overall requirements process, including change management, verification, and validation activities.

Qualificações

• University degree and 4+ years in Requirements Management within engineering or project environments.
• Proven background in Systems Engineering or Requirements Engineering with audits and compliance.
• Strong experience in Quality Management processes with good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of MS Office; experience in Configuration Management is a plus.

• A Senior professional with a university degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Requirements Management within engineering or project environments.
• Proven background in Systems Engineering or Requirements Engineering, accustomed to managing requirements, compliance, and audits.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of coordinating effectively between technical teams and stakeholders.
