Silversea is seeking a seasoned front desk professional to deliver exceptional guest services at the reception desk aboard our luxury cruise experience. The role includes supervising daily reception operations and coordinating guest needs with hospitality teams to ensure最高 standards of service.

Fluency in English is essential, with conversational ability in two additional languages. Proficiency in MS Office and Fidelio is preferred, along with basic accounting knowledge to support daily

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience in a similar front desk/reception role in a luxury setting (international 5-star).
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written) with conversational ability in two additional languages.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk.
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the reception desk.
• Assist with and coordinate guests' needs ensuring high service delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries and complaints with sincerity and hospitality.
• Maintain communication with the Guest Relations Manager and other departments.
• Ensure smooth information flow between shore concierge, finance and reception teams.
• Embarkation and debarkation duties as required.
• Assist with inventories of Guest Relations equipment.
• Prepare reception team working schedule for approval by the Guest Relations Manager.

• Preferably 2 years experience in a similar position (front desk, receptionist background) at an International 5 star and luxury establishment.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in preferably two additional languages (German, French, Italia_n, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Fidelio.

Duties and Responsibilities

• :Responsible to provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk
• .Responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the reception desk
• .Assists with and coordinates guests needs and requirements ensuring that all are met and the needs of the guest are observed in the delivery of the highest possible service
• .Responsible to ensure that all guest requests, enquiries and complaints are responded to immediately and are followed up on efficiently and to the guests satisfaction. Proactively demonstrating sincerity and hospitality in all guest interactions
• .Maintains a high level of communication and feedback with the Guest Relations Manager as well as other departments around the ship
• .Responsible to ensure the smooth flow of information between the shore concierge, finance and reception teams
• .Embarkation and debarkation duties as required
• .Assists with regular inventories of guest relations department equipment
• .Prepares the reception team working schedule for approval by the Guest Relations Manager
