PeakNet in Funchal is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, and guiding visitors to local attractions.

You will handle guest inquiries, make reservations, arrange transportation, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a memorable stay. English is required, Madeira knowledge is a plus, and you must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation and visa assistance are provided.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

As a Concierge you will be the face of our hotel in Funchal providing exceptional customer service to our guests Your main responsibility will be to assist and guide guests ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and requests making reservations arranging transportation and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities
