Olisipo is seeking an experienced Radio Network Architect to lead the design and planning of 2G-5G networks, including microwave backhaul. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, preparing RFPs, and evaluating tenders to ensure optimal network performance.

The candidate should have extensive RAN and MW expertise, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally on a 2-3 weeks on-site pattern with a return to Portugal.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in architecture, planning and modernisation of 2G/3G/4G/5G radio networks.
• Experience in multi-vendor projects, including RFP processes and vendor swaps with leading RAN suppliers.
• BoQ preparation and tender evaluation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the target design for the radio network considering coverage, capacity and spectrum strategy.
• Define MW backhaul network architecture.
• Prepare technical specs, BoQs and roll-out assumptions for RFP processes.
