Job summary

UST in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Site Engineer with German to join our team onsite on challenging global projects. You will lead field activities, supervise TI subcontractors, and ensure compliance with client installation and acceptance milestones.

The role emphasizes hands-on RAN site implementation (4G/5G/O-RAN), power and antenna line systems, and coordination with site providers. Previous experience in similar roles is mandatory to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading field teams on telecom sites.
• Knowledge of client installation guidelines and MoPs.
• Hands-on site commissioning and acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical leadership of TI subcontractors on site.
• Adherence to client installation and acceptance guidelines/MoPs.
• Interface with site infrastructure providers (e.g., DFMG), conduct quality audits, and drive site acceptance (punch-list clearance).
• Showcase hands-on experience in RAN site implementation (4G/5G/O-RAN), power, and antenna line systems.
