Job summary

Aubay Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Test Quality professional to define and promote testing standards, govern testing processes, and coach IT teams in quality practices. You will drive KPI reporting, improvements in testing methodologies, and support a culture of continuous quality across projects.

Fluent French is mandatory, ISTQB certification is a plus, and you will join a team focused on integrity, collaboration, and delivering reliable software solutions for major

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in manual software testing.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, processes and QA principles.
• Proven record with testing standards, quality indicators and process improvement.
• Ability to train, coach and support IT teams in testing practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French (B2) mandatory; ISTQB certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define, promote, and ensure compliance with testing standards across IT teams.
• Contribute to definition and reporting of testing quality indicators (KPIs).
• Support development and implementation of testing methodologies and quality frameworks.
• Train and guide IT teams on manual testing methods and quality standards.
• Identify gaps and propose actions to improve testing quality.
• Collaborate with Test Quality Manager to improve overall testing quality.
