Job summary

Aubay Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Test Quality professional to define and promote testing standards, govern testing processes, and coach IT teams in quality practices. You will drive KPI reporting, improvements in testing methodologies, and support a culture of continuous quality across projects.

• Fluent French (B2) mandatory; ISTQB certification is an advantage.

What will you do?

• Define, promote, and ensure compliance with testing standards, rules, and best practices across IT teams, focusing on testing governance.
• Contribute to the definition, monitoring, and reporting of testing quality indicators (KPIs).
• Support the development and implementation of testing methodologies and quality frameworks.
• Train and guide IT teams on manual testing methods, testing processes, and quality standards.
• Identify gaps in testing practices and propose improvement actions to enhance quality and consistency.
• Work closely with the Test Quality Manager and IT teams to improve overall testing quality within the organization.
