ITDS Portugal is seeking a Senior Test Lead to drive testing strategy and lead QA initiatives for our Lisbon-based client. This hybrid role emphasizes leadership, test planning, and ensuring software quality across teams.

You will coordinate testing activities, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to uphold best practices. Proficiency in English and French, ISTQB is a plus, and automation experience are valued.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of software testing and QA experience.
• Proven leadership of test teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent English communication and French proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities in a hybrid environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee comprehensive testing plans to ensure software quality and performance.
• Lead and coordinate testing teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
