Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Test Quality professional to lead manual software testing, define standards, and drive governance across IT teams in Porto.

You will develop quality indicators, monitor testing quality, and implement methodologies while mentoring teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and upholding integrity and ethics within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test processes, and QA principles.
• Proven experience with testing standards, quality indicators, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to train, coach, and support IT teams in testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, promote, and ensure compliance with testing standards, rules, and best practices across IT teams, focusing on testing governance.

What will you do?

• Fluent French (B2 level) is mandatory for this position.
