ITDS Portugal is seeking a Senior Test Lead to drive testing strategy and lead QA initiatives for our Lisbon-based client. This hybrid role emphasizes leadership, test planning, and ensuring software quality across teams.

You will coordinate testing activities, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to uphold best practices. Proficiency in English and French, ISTQB is a plus, and automation experience are valued.

Your main responsibilities:

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven leadership skills in managing test teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level) and French.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities in a hybrid work environment.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certification in ISTQB or equivalent.
• Experience with automation testing tools.
