As a Senior QA Analyst – Banking Platform Testing, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality banking solutions on the Bancarisation et Epargne platform. Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming financial services through innovative technology and meticulous testing expertise, contributing to a smarter, more reliable banking experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specify testing needs.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts using Jira Xray.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure optimal software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, providing clear reports for continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Continuously refine testing processes to enhance efficiency and product robustness.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 6 years of proven experience in quality assurance within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in testing methodologies, with proficiency in Jira Xray for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written - B2 level or higher).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Additional certifications in testing (e.g., ISTQB).
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Prior exposure to bank core systems or financial platforms.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English and French.
