The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in software testing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for quality assurance. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, facilitating a flexible work style.

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join a dynamic international testing team supporting large-scale Insurance and Banking transformation projects.

If you have a passion for quality assurance, strong analytical skills, and fluency in French, this could be your next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, prepare, and execute test scenarios aligned with business requirements
• Ensure test deliverables are produced according to established standards and methodologies
• Execute functional testing activities and document results in dedicated testing tools
• Identify, report, and follow up on defects through to resolution and validationContribute to Go/No-Go decisions by providing accurate testing insights
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Project Teams, and Test Leads
• Support continuous improvement of testing practices and knowledge sharing across the team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge of ISTQB principles and testing vocabulary
• Experience creating and managing test plans and schedules
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to identify and manage project risks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluency in French (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience within Insurance or Banking environments
• Knowledge of Octane
• Experience with SAS
• Knowledge of Control-M or similar scheduling tools
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
