The professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of IT solutions by defining, executing, and documenting test activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and technical specifications to define comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate system functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Support integration, regression, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
• Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback on product quality and risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, or TestLink).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in English and French B2 Minimum (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial or insurance-related IT projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
