Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on manual and exploratory testing
• Proven experience designing test cases based on complex business rules and reference data
• Strong experience with regression testing and repeated test execution cycles
• Ability to evaluate system outputs against expected results, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies, unsupported results, and potential risks in system behaviour
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience documenting defects clearly, including reproduction steps, severity, and business impact
• Experience producing structured and traceable test reports to support release decisions
• Hands‑on experience testing web platforms and system integrations (e.g., APIs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Availability to work within the CET time zone

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing AI/LLM‑based systems or data‑driven platforms
• Understanding of AI concepts such as hallucinations and non‑deterministic outputs
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., compliance, legal, healthcare)
• Familiarity with tools such as Playwright or other test automation frameworks
• Exposure to platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or similar
• Experience testing marketing or document‑based content workflows
