Decskill is seeking a QA Automation - Playwright specialist to drive manual and automated testing efforts across projects. You will coordinate QA activities, ensure test coverage from requirements to release, and mentor team members to raise quality standards.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted QA practices, risk identification, and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure successful productions.

Qualificações

• Experience in executing manual tests, including requirement analysis and test creation.
• Exploratory, regression and smoke testing with bug validation and retesting.
• Experience with automated testing using Selenium, Cucumber and related tools.
• Ability to identify flaky tests, perform failure analysis and maintain tests.
• Leadership in QA activities, release management and mentoring.

• Ensure requirements and tickets are covered; coordinate regression.

We are looking for a QA Automation - Playwright

Requirements

Manual Testing Experience

Experience in executing manual tests, including:

• Requirements and acceptance criteria analysis;
• Test creation and execution;
• Exploratory testing;
• Regression testing and smoke testing;
• Bug validation and retesting.

Automated Testing Experience

Experience with automated testing, preferably using Selenium, Cucumber and other tools including:

• Test creation and maintenance;
• Failure analysis;
• Identification and resolution of flaky tests.

QA Leadership and Release Management

Ability to follow a release from end to end, including:

• Planning and coordinating QA team activities;
• Ensuring requirements and tickets are adequately covered;
• Coordinating the regression phase;
• Identifying and communicating risks;
• Assessing release readiness for Production;
• Mentoring and supporting other QA team members.
• Ability to review completed work and promote quality best practices.
• Autonomy, critical thinking, and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills with QA, Development, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly communicate quality status, risks, and potential blockers.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.

AI Applied to QA

Interest in and/or experience using Artificial Intelligence in QA processes, including:

• Requirements analysis and identification of ambiguities;
• Creation and improvement of test cases;
• Support in the creation and maintenance of automated tests;
• Investigation and analysis of failures;
• Creation of QA documentation;
• Process optimization and improving team efficiency;
• Responsible use of AI tools, always ensuring human validation of the results.
