Quanteam, a consulting firm serving Banking, Finance, and Financial Services, seeks a Python Developer in Portugal. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Python solutions, while collaborating with architects, Product Owners, and Tech Leads. The role requires English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualificações

• Experience in enterprise software development.
• Proficient in Python 3.9+ and its ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, Clean Code and TDD.
• Experience building reusable Python packages.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitLab, Jenkins, and related tools.
• English language proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Python solutions following enterprise development standards.
• Contribute to technical architecture, solution design, and software engineering decisions.
• Industrialize software development with Design Patterns, Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Optimize application performance including parallel processing and distributed computing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain agile velocity.
• Ensure software quality with automated testing and documentation.
• Contribute to Data Engineering activities and data exploration.
• Assist onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
