Inetum Portugal is seeking a Python Developer to strengthen the Dataquants platform within an Agile transformation. You will help evolve data-driven solutions, ensure high-performance data processing, and align with architectural principles in a fast-paced business environment.

The role requires expert Python, data libraries, and DevOps experience, with opportunities to mentor other developers and contribute to technical strategy within a European digital services leader.

Qualificações

• Expert-level Python (3.9+) and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency with data libraries NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with performance optimization and parallelization (Dask, Spark, CUDA/CuPy).
• Experience creating and maintaining Python packages.
• DevOps tools: Jira, CI/CD, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Artifactory, Shell scripting, Docker.
• File & object storage: S3, Boto3, IBM COS, MinIO.
• Data engineering: data manipulation, pipelines, data quality.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders (Business, MOA, MOE).

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to solution design aligned with standards and norms.
• Participate in technical design activities based on platform requirements.
• Support software architecture definitions with the architecture team.
• Contribute to writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Provide Python expertise in resolving issues, code optimization, and performance improvements.
• Participate in meetings with IT teams to align on requirements and standards.
• Support and mentor developers on the platform, sharing best practices.
• Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies; manage sprint planning, execution, and progression.
• Support Product Owner and Core Team on organizational and delivery topics.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new Scrum Team members.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Challenge the team constructively and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
