Decskill is seeking a Senior Project Manager – IP Networks, Transmission & Voice to lead telecommunications infrastructure projects across IP networks, optical fibre, and unified communications. You will coordinate technical teams, manage scope, timelines and stakeholders, and ensure delivery of complex network initiatives.

• Proven experience in senior project management within telecommunications networks and infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge in IP networks (WAN/LAN/WLAN), optical fibre transmission, and voice/unified communications.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage telecommunications infrastructure projects involving IP networks, transmission systems, voice and unified communications.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with requirements, scope, timelines and objectives.
• Work with technical teams and stakeholders to plan and deliver network initiatives.
• Coordinate IP networks including WAN, LAN and WLAN, and optical fibre technologies like SDH, MPLS-TP, DWDM and OTN.
• Oversee voice and unified communications projects involving IP/TDM technologies.
• Manage IT solutions for telecommunications networks, including network management and automation tools.
• Coordinate integration of network management systems and third-party solutions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support technical decision-making and ensure deliverables meet standards and objectives.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – IP Networks, Transmission & Voice!

Responsibilities:

• Manage telecommunications infrastructure projects involving IP networks, transmission systems, voice and unified communications.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, scope, timelines and objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to plan and deliver network infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate the implementation and evolution of IP communication networks, including WAN, LAN and WLAN.
• Oversee projects involving optical fibre transmission technologies, including SDH, MPLS-TP, DWDM and OTN, as well as radio links.
• Coordinate voice and unified communications projects involving IP/TDM technologies.
• Manage initiatives related to IT solutions for telecommunications network management, inventory, monitoring and automation.
• Coordinate the integration of network management systems and third-party solutions for automating actions across telecommunications networks.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support technical decision-making and ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior project management, preferably within telecommunications networks and infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
• IP Communication Networks: WAN, LAN and WLAN. Experience with Cisco solutions is preferred.
• Optical Fibre Transmission Networks: SDH, MPLS-TP, DWDM and OTN, as well as radio links. Experience with Ribbon and Nokia solutions is preferred.
• Voice & Unified Communications: IP/TDM technologies and unified communications. Experience with Cisco and Mitel/Unify solutions is preferred.
• IT Solutions for Telecommunications Networks: Network management systems, telecommunications network inventory and automation solutions, including third-party software for automating network operations.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate delivery across different technology domains.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant technical certifications are considered an advantage.
