Finastra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using our core banking solutions. You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem deployments, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires strong IT project management, stakeholder leadership, and experience with core banking platforms such as Temenos, Oracle or Finacle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, or related field.
• Solid IT project/program management experience.
• Proven experience managing core banking implementations.
• Experience with Temenos, Oracle or Finacle.
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs and digital banking.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.
• PMP, Prince2 or ITIL certifications are a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Universal Banking team. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra’s core banking solutions. You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on‑prem implementations, working closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors
• Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities
• Monitor project performance and report on progress
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Support business development and contribute to proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Solid experience in IT project/program management
• Proven experience managing core banking implementations
• Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs, and digital banking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus
