Finastra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects for its Universal Banking team. You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, coordinating customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Universal Banking team. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra's core banking solutions.

You will manage SaaS, cloud, and on‑prem implementations, working closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors
• Manage data migration, integration, and deployment activities
• Monitor project performance and report on progress
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance
• Support business development and contribute to proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Solid experience in IT project/program management
• Proven experience managing core banking implementations
• Experience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs, and digital banking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus
