As a Senior Project Manager – Agile & Banking Expertise, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry, dedicated to transforming banking through cutting-edge technology solutions. You will oversee complex software projects, driving delivery excellence and fostering agile practices that deliver impactful results. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate software projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Manage and develop project teams, optimizing resources and performance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, track, and adapt project functionalities effectively.
• Communicate with IT and business stakeholders to align expectations and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee delivery management, including scope, schedule, and risk mitigation.
• Foster proactive problem solving and facilitate continuous improvement processes.
• Utilize JIRA to manage workflows and document project progress.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience managing software projects and leading teams.
• Strong expertise with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Proven track record in planning and tracking complex project functionalities.
• Experience in delivery management within the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (C1+) and French (C1+).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Banking industry experience.
• Technical background in software development.
• PMI certification or equivalent.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in French (C1+).
