Synopsys, Inc. in Portugal is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead engineering programs for IP, SoC, and ASIC initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery with quality results.

Qualificações

10+ years in customer-facing project or program management within engineering.
Strong ability to manage customer expectations and communicate complex technical topics clearly.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project) and issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.
Understanding of IP/SoC/ASIC development processes and QMS exposure.

Responsabilidades

Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Track execution against plan, identify risks, and drive mitigation and resolution.
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Represent R&D in customer engagements, ensuring alignment on commitments and delivery.
