Feedzai is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Chief of Staff Office, acting as the operational heartbeat for the department and ensuring momentum across programs, resilience, and executive execution.

You will drive end-to-end Ops Townhalls, Business Continuity, and cross-functional initiatives, translating data into concise executive summaries for leadership decisions, while embedding AI-enabled efficiency across the team.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Project Management, or a CoS office role in a high-growth tech environment.
• Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related technical specialty.
• Strong experience performing hands-on data synthesis and research; able to translate numbers into executive narratives.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on process design and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end management of Ops Townhalls and Team Offsites, coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Lead Business Continuity Program (BCP) and embed continuous improvement across resilience frameworks.
• Perform data synthesis and analysis to provide executive visibility for the CoS Office and SVP of Operations.
• Execute high-priority, cross-organizational projects with clear structure and alignment.
• Support Extended Leadership Team All-Hands and leadership community initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
