Feedzai is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Digital Trust team to lead a group developing cutting-edge fraud detection and prevention capabilities. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure solutions across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Security to align technical execution with business goals, while fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of team leadership and/or management experience in technical teams.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and modern software architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of engineers and support their career growth and day-to-day execution.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate requirements into working software.
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and code reviews.
