Empa-T is seeking an experienced Technical Engineer – Production Support (L3) to join an international team responsible for supporting business-critical applications and infrastructure in a demanding production environment.

You will drive production stability, contribute to cloud transformations, application resiliency, and end-to-end project delivery across multiple countries, with a hybrid Lisbon work arrangement (3 days on site per week).

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in Production Support, Infra Engineering or similar roles.
• Proven ability to support complex production environments.
• Strong Linux and middleware experience is required.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud contexts.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 production support for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Coordinate technical projects and support new production deployments.
• Serve as main technical contact for production-related initiatives.
• Ensure stability, resilience, and operational readiness of applications.
• Collaborate across Application Support, Infrastructure, and Projects.
• Drive cloud adoption and Move2Cloud initiatives.
• Monitor progress, risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Define and validate production support SLAs and KPIs.
• Support modernization, obsolescence management, and cost optimization.
• Facilitate transitions to Run-The-Bank teams and production support.
