Are you an expert in high-availability environments and secure file transfer protocols? Looking to take ownership of a enterprise-scale Managed File Transfer (MFT) ecosystem?

At act digital, we are looking for a Senior Production Engineer / MFT Specialist to lead, modernize, and ensure the operational excellence of our client's Axway platform. If you love deep-dive troubleshooting, platform architecture evolution, and automation, this role is made for you!

What you will be doing:

• Platform Ownership & Evolution: Lead the RUN and modernization of the Axway MFT ecosystem (Amplify, CFT, SecureTransport, Sentinel, Flow Manager).
• Incident & Production Support: Act as the technical reference for Level 2 & 3 complex incidents, performing root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Architecture & Security: Drive platform hardening, compliance, disaster recovery (DR) planning, and certificate/PKI management alongside architecture and security teams.
• Automation & DevOps: Support automation initiatives (shell scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible) to streamline MFT operations and deployments.
• Stakeholder Management & Mentorship: Act as the primary technical liaison for internal/external stakeholders and mentor junior team members on operational best practices.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.
• Axway Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Axway products: CFT, SecureTransport, Sentinel, and Flow Manager.
• Protocols & OS: Solid understanding of MFT protocols (PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, S3) across Linux, AIX, and Windows environments.
• Scripting: Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Networking & Security: Practical knowledge of networking, PKI, certificates, and firewalls.
• Languages: Fluent in English (French is a nice-to-have bonus!).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Ansible, Git, APIs).
• Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
