Extia is seeking an experienced Application Support/Systems Administrator to join our Porto team, focusing on secure data exchange environments and Axway platforms. You will gather requirements, manage change requests, and ensure zero-error deliveries through rigorous testing.

You will maintain secure configurations, monitor transfers, and document workflows while collaborating with international teams to continuously improve automation and security practices.

Qualificações

• Experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport in real environments.
• Strong Linux knowledge and Windows Server administration skills.
• Familiarity with transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS) and networking basics.
• Ability to analyze complex systems for secure data exchange and automation.

• Gather requirements for new file transfer setups and data flows.
• Coordinate connectivity updates and perform change requests.
• Test configurations to ensure zero-error delivery and reliability.
• Maintain secure configurations for sensitive data exchanges.
• Identify opportunities to improve security and efficiency in transfers.
• Document transfer maps and configurations comprehensively.
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer issues and implement workarounds.
• Manage and maintain Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport suites.
• Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch transfer processes.

First who:

Professional with experience in Application Support, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or Systems Administration Motivated to build a career in Application Support and secure data exchange environments Autonomous, rigorous, and highly detail-oriented when handling sensitive data and critical file transfer processes Comfortable communicating in English with international teams and external system administrators Strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills

What You'll Do:

• Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows
• Participate in the change request process for connectivity updates (technical and functional)
• Carry out and coordinate rigorous testing on implemented configurations to ensure zero-error delivery
• Maintain accurate and secure configurations for sensitive data exchanges
• Identify opportunities to improve security and efficiency in file transfer processes
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for file transfer maps and configurations
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer issues and implement workarounds to minimize business impact
• Manage and maintain Axway software suites (Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport)
• Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch transfer processes

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration (stop, start, deploy, debug)
• Good knowledge of transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
• Ability to analyze complex technical scenarios from a systems administration perspective
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and secure data exchange environments is a plus
