act digital is seeking a File Transfer Specialist in Lisbon to design, configure, and maintain secure file transfer and data exchange solutions using Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport. The role requires hands-on experience with Axway products and administration of Linux/Windows Server environments.

You will gather technical requirements, implement new transfer flows, manage change requests, perform testing, monitor real-time data exchanges, and provide Level 3 support to resolve complex

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport (mandatory).
• Experience supporting applications running on Linux and/or Windows Server.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers.
• Experience troubleshooting production environments and providing Level 3 Support.

Responsabilidades

• Gather technical requirements and implement new file transfer flows and connectivity configurations.
• Manage change requests, perform testing, and ensure reliable, error-free deployments.
• Administer and support Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport environments.
• Provide Level 3 Support, investigating and resolving complex file transfer and connectivity issues.
• Monitor scheduled, batch, and real-time data exchanges, ensuring service availability and stability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and continuously improve file transfer processes, security, and operational efficiency.
