Decskill is growing and seeking a Senior Product Owner for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will define and drive the Izly platform vision, manage the backlog, and coordinate with CNOUS, CROUS, and partners.

Fluent French and strong English are required to translate business needs into clear functional requirements. You will lead backlog refinement, guide development, assess change requests, and ensure quality through testing.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Izly platform.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for CNOUS, CROUS, and key business partners.
• Gather, analyze, clarify, and prioritize business and user requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions and provide functional guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assess change requests and decide whether they should be implemented, postponed, rejected, or redirected to the new Izly solution.
• Coordinate functional testing and validate delivered features before release.
• Support the functional qualification and prioritization of incidents and operational requests.
• Contribute to impact assessments, effort estimations, reporting, compliance activities, and audits.
• Maintain functional documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer during the product transition.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical teams.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.
