Qualificações

• Initial experience in an IT, software development, or Agile project environment, including internships or academic projects.
• Basic understanding of the SDLC and product development processes.
• Experience supporting backlog management, including creating, refining, and maintaining user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development cycles.
• Experience with backlog and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to track tasks, dependencies, risks, and blockers and follow up with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to understand and clarify business and product requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop within a Product Owner role.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience supporting product vision and roadmap execution is a plus.
• Degree in IT/CS/BIS/MIS or related field is considered a plus.
