Decskill is seeking a Delivery Manager with fluency in French to coordinate large-scale IT delivery across multinational teams. You will build delivery plans, manage risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, QA, Support, and Infrastructure.

You will lead production releases, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring transparent reporting and alignment with stakeholders across Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, and clients globally.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Lead, or similar delivery coordination role.
• Strong experience with Agile software engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, production releases, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across distributed environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate project tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate production releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release reviews.
• Lead operational incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Provide clear delivery reporting, communicate project status, and elevate critical issues to management.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, operational support, documentation, and team collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

As our Delivery Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain delivery plans based on business priorities, team capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile.
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate project tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate production releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release reviews.
• Lead operational incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Manage the operational delivery and RUN activities of the current Izly platform.
• Drive Collect.Online migration activities, legacy application support, and system decommissioning initiatives.
• Provide clear delivery reporting, communicate project status, and elevate critical issues to management.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, operational support, documentation, and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Lead, or in a similar delivery coordination role.
• Solid experience working with Agile software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, production releases, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across distributed environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to challenge unrealistic commitments and proactively elevate delivery risks.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.
