Decskill, an IT consulting company with a strong local and international footprint, seeks a Project Manager (French speaking) for a Porto-based project with a hybrid working model (2 days in the office). You will lead quality gate standardization in the SDLC, improve CI/CD practices, and drive industrialization initiatives across teams.

The role requires a degree in computer science or related field and proficiency in English and French (B2/B2+).

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• English and French speaking and writing (at least B2 French; C1 English).
• Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps overview and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus but not a primary focus of the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.

We would like to meet a Project Manager (French Speaking) for a project with a hybrid working model in Porto, Portugal (2x/week at the office).
