Kraken is seeking a product leader to define and execute the strategy for the Onchain Product team, blending Pro and Consumer experiences. You will drive the hybrid roadmap, align cross-functional stakeholders, and partner with ecosystem players to expand capabilities. Join a team shaping open finance and on-chain services.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, leverage data to improve metrics, and advocate for consumer-focused roadmaps in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Qualificações

• Experience taking products from ideation to go-to-market and iteration.
• On-chain experience is required, with deep knowledge of the on-chain ecosystem preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align competing priorities.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and external partners.
• Experience advocating for roadmaps in a consumer environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust across diverse teams.
• Comfort working with engineering and product disciplines; not necessarily the deepest technical expert.
• Attention to detail and a consumer-first mindset to simplify experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Kraken's hybridization across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap.
• Collaborate across Pro and Consumer, aligning priorities.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations, and others.
• Partner with internal and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations.
• Make complex on-chain experiences simple, intuitive, and accessible.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define and own key product metrics; use data to drive improvement.
