Kraken’s Consumer Growth team is seeking a senior affiliate operator to own and scale the global affiliate programme and build the Consumer KOL strategy. You will recruit, activate and scale high-potential partners, set strategic direction, and manage investment across regions including North America, LATAM, Europe and APAC.

You will work hands-on with strategic partners, ensure sustainable value, and protect the channel from brand bidding and fraud, while collaborating with Data and Compliance

Qualificações

• Track record of owning and scaling an affiliate programme with measurable impact on revenue and customer value.
• Ability to model CPA, revenue share, hybrid incentives and fully loaded payback.
• Experience sourcing and growing direct partner relationships, including high-value accounts.
• Ability to interrogate partner funnels, cohorts and retention data with data teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale the global affiliate programme across Kraken and Krak; set strategy and investment.
• Build relationships with affiliates, publishers, and KOLs; manage budgets and partner terms.
• Segment portfolios by audience, market and quality; design terms aligned with sustainable value.
• Remain hands-on with partners through onboarding, offers, content, landing experience and funding.
• Work with Data to create cohort views and tests; articulate hypotheses clearly.
