Kraken is seeking a product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for fraud solutions across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external vendors to design secure, compliant systems that protect users from fraud without disrupting legitimate activity.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of fraud processes and infrastructure.
• Experience with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, compliance, and external vendors.
• Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions, including revamping case management for fraud and ATO.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of fraud features from discovery through implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and processes for fraud and ATO.
• Work with Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Ops to ensure products meet jurisdictional requirements.
• Partner with external vendors to define integration scope, capabilities, and technical requirements.
• Build systems that support investigations, risk detection, and user protection while minimizing friction for legitimate client activity.
• Prioritize initiatives that improve monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alerting quality, and operational efficiency.
