Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Product Manager for the Observability team with a focus on logs and analytics. You will shape the end-to-end logs lifecycle from collection to intelligent insights, aligning with the company strategy and working across Engineering, UX, and Marketing to deliver top-tier observability experiences.

You will collaborate with global teams, apply GenAI enhancements, and drive adoption through data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions from the customer backward.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, globally distributed environment is optional but desired.
• Knowledge of AI is optional but desired.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities and align with company strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for modern SRE, including GenAI, automated SLO/SLI, alerting, and traces.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to improve observability.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis and feature adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform evolution.
