You will design and maintain platform capabilities for production AI systems, develop automated deployment pipelines, build evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with ML, Platform Engineering, Product Engineering, and Data Engineering to

Qualificações

• Experience operating production ML/AI platforms.
• Software engineering with automation and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud-native infrastructure and containers.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Strong observability across distributed applications.
• Ability to collaborate across Platform, ML, Product and Data teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain platform capabilities to deploy and operate production AI systems.
• Develop automated pipelines for model packaging, deployment, versioning, testing, rollout, and lifecycle management.
• Build evaluation frameworks measuring model quality, retrieval latency, cost, and business impact.
• Implement monitoring for models, inference services, pipelines, and AI agents with metrics and logs.
• Partner with ML Engineers to productionize models and improve deployment reliability.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to optimize runtime environments, scaling, security, and resilience.
• Develop deployment strategies supporting experimentation, canary releases, A/B testing, and progressive rollouts.
• Implement governance controls for reproducibility, versioning, auditing, and compliance.
• Automate repetitive operational activities to boost productivity and confidence.
