Elastic is seeking a Product Manager for the Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You will help ensure end-to-end full-stack observability for logs from applications and infrastructure you monitor.

Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Design and Sales & Marketing to shape features, AI-enabled workflows, and reliable alerting, while tracking user feedback to inform evolution.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Interest in industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Remote, globally distributed work experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities in alignment with strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest and management.
• Build features for modern SRE including AI-powered workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and cross-domain correlation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver top-tier observability experiences.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on GTM messaging, competitive analysis and feature adoption.
• Monitor user feedback to drive product evolution.
