Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management, Global Card Programs to help scale the Global Reach portfolio. You will own execution, governance, and commercialization tooling, partnering with cross-functional teams across product, network, and go-to-market strategy to enable global expansion for customers.

This role focuses on strategic insights, product integrity, and scalable processes, delivering market intelligence, product criteria, and implementation guides for diverse go-to-market

Responsibilities

• Manage market and competitive intelligence for global issuance programs.
• Gain alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to productize Global Reach (i.e., Product Studio approval process).
• Manage governance and project management activities to drive operational excellence.
• Enable commercialization by developing sales enablement and marketing materials.
• Develop go-to-market models for Global Reach (e.g., Localized, Hybrid).
• Create a product implementation guide to support customer onboarding with clearly defined product criteria, eligibility and rules for each go-to-market model.
• Assess implications on value propositions with global reach and inform strategies to ensure Mastercard continues to offer differentiated, competitive offerings to customers.
