Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management, Global Card Programs to lead and operationalize strategic Global Reach product initiatives. You will focus on acceptance readiness, performance management, and new product development to drive global expansion for customers.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Self-starter with strong ownership and a bias for execution.

Responsibilities

Establish scalable pipeline tracking and integrate program data with Product Catalog and Salesforce to improve visibility.
Build and maintain program performance dashboards, pipeline analytics, acceptance readiness monitoring, and business reporting.
Deliver new Global Reach Acceptance Indicator as a key driver to enhance product performance.
Track KPIs (adoption, performance, commercial impact) and use insights to inform product strategy.
Support pricing strategies and enhancements with data-driven analytics.
Support client engagements with data and domain expertise.
