Job summary

1GLOBAL is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own a portfolio of value streams within Connect Platform, the backbone of our MVNE/Telco-as-a-Service platform. You will set strategy, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

This senior role offers high autonomy across Berlin and Lisbon with quarterly travel. You will align with executive stakeholders, manage dependencies across Connect API teams, and mentor PMs in your domain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, leading multiple value streams.
• Strong understanding of complex multi-party API platforms and credible technical discussions with engineering.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a high bar for precision requirements, prioritization and follow-through.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management across engineering, commercial, finance and legal/compliance, including executives and external partners.
• Experience with regulated-product compliance (KYC, GDPR, telco and/or payments) plus billing and payment flows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Connect API value streams end to end - strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption and commercial performance - including regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Set multi-quarter direction and sequencing, balancing near-term partner commitments against structural improvements, along with some ad-hoc tasks.
• Run several parallel streams: hold the dependency map across Connect API teams and the wider platform and resolve conflicts before they become delivery risk.
• Write precise requirements and drive fast, predictable delivery - clear scope, acceptance criteria and timelines across teams.
• Make regulation daily product work (KYC, EU telco regulation, Number portability, fraud) rather than a final gate.
• Align executive stakeholders act as the senior product counterpart for partners, carriers & national regulators and set the bar for the PMs in your domain.
