Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of technical products, APIs, platforms or internal tools.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-native capabilities or AI-enabled workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to prototype ideas using AI coding and automation tools for quick user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with internal users to identify AI or automation opportunities.
• Own vision, roadmap and backlog for AI initiatives, prioritizing value and risk.
• Translate user needs into clear requirements and success metrics with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI and platform engineers from discovery to rollout under security constraints.
• Deliver value from day one by shipping incremental improvements and maintaining cadence.
