Job summary

1GLOBAL is seeking a Product Manager to lead the RSP portfolio from Lisbon, shaping roadmap priorities across Consumer SGP.22, SGP.41 (IFPP), and M2M SGP.02, ensuring the platform remains reliable, compliant, commercially relevant, and ready for market.

You will translate GSMA standards and customer needs into clear engineering requirements, manage backlog and release scope, and collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and commercial teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or using an RSP platform.
• Proven track record delivering telecom products.
• Ability to translate standards into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for RSP capabilities.
• Translate GSMA standards and customer needs into requirements.
• Prioritise roadmaps to improve eSIM profile download and lifecycle management.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable RSP capabilities.
• Drive go‑to‑market readiness for new features.
• Own backlog quality, release scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor GSMA trends and compliance requirements to keep the roadmap current.
